MCA HALL OF FAME ELIGIBILITY
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The Midwest Clown Association Hall of Fame Resume form is located on the MCA website. It must be filled out completely and submitted to the Midwest Clown Association Hall of Fame Chairperson along with an 8” x 10” color photo in clown of the applicant prior to May 1 of each year. If required, you may be asked to provide proof of the information listed on your Hall of Fame Resumé form. The Hall of Fame Resumé will be reviewed, and if approved, the applicant will be notified of his/her acceptance into the Midwest Clown Association Hall of Fame. The induction will take place at the next Midwest Clown Association Round-Up following approval of the submitted Hall of Fame Resumé. Upon induction into the Midwest Clown Association Hall of Fame, the inductee will be given 5 minutes to make comments after the presentation. |
