A PLACE FOR ALL THINGS JUNIOR JOEY
The Midwest Clown Association’s (MCA) Junior Joey program is designed for those age 8 to 15 attending the annual MCA Round-Up with a relative or guardian who are interested in learning or continuing in the art of clowning. Co-Directors Laura and Don Anderson work with our juniors in the areas of make-up, costuming, character development, and clown skills; with the occasional guest instructor adding to the curriculum. The Junior Joey program is a vital program to keep the art of clowning alive for the next generation. Junior Joeys are able to register at the lowest advertised adult registration rate, no matter when they register; and as funds allow, partial reimbursement scholarships are available through application (see application below). If you have questions about the Jr. Joey program, please contact Director Laura Anderson at (815) 421-3279 or clownaround10@yahoo.com.
